Where are you located?
We are a US-based company with headquarters and warehouses in Nevada in the city of Las Vegas. We are open from 8 AM to 6 PM PST from Monday through Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.
Where do you ship to?
We are pleased to serve customers across the continental USA, offering reliable and timely shipping directly to your doorstep. At this time, we exclusively cater to addresses within the continental USA to maintain the speed and quality of our delivery services. Our trusted shipping partners include UPS, FedEx, and USPS, well-established carriers known for their reliable and secure shipping services. Please note that, currently, we are unable to facilitate shipments to addresses outside of the continental USA, including Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations. Are your dust covers made to order or ready to ship?
Unlike other online stores that offer made-to-order solutions, our dust covers are not made to order; they are in stock and ready to ship. This means that as soon as you place your order, the processing begins almost immediately. Our goal is to get your purchase into your hands as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, so you won't have to wait long to protect your valuable equipment.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary greatly based on the shipping courier and rate you select and your location. For expedited shipping options, many display the estimated time of delivery directly from our shopping cart.
Expedited shipments will ship same day when the order is placed before 2PM PST. Orders placed after 2PM PST will be shipped on the next business day.
Within the United States, standard, non-expedited shipments to Nevada and the Western United States generally arrive with 1-3 business day. Shipments to the Central and Eastern United States generally arrive with 3-5 business days. International orders vary greatly. Please review the links below for general rules about non-expedited shipping times.

What is the difference between your Pro covers and Essential covers?
The main difference between our Pro and Essential covers lies in the level of protection they offer. The Pro covers are designed to provide comprehensive protection, featuring a 1-inch thick padding that offers protection from frontal impacts. Our Pro line of products are ideal for those looking to safeguard their screens from potential breakage. Our Pro line of products are a good choice for educational facilities, commercial studios or homes with children.
On the other hand, the Essential covers are our budget-friendly option that primarily protects your screen from dust accumulation, along with light nicks and scratches. While they may not offer the impact resistance found in the Pro covers, they serve as a reliable barrier against everyday wear and tear, helping to maintain the cleanliness and longevity of your screen. Whether you choose the Pro or the Essential line, you can rest assured knowing your monitor is shielded with a quality cover that meets your needs and budget.
How do I maintain and clean my dust cover?
Maintaining your dust cover is simple. For minor dirt spots clean with a damp cloth the exterior of your cover. Please do not hand wash or machine wash your dust cover as damage may occur to the cover that will not be covered by our warranty. We also do not recommend the use of machine drying. Again, a simple damp cloth is enough to clean most spots.
Will your dust cover scratch my screen?
No, our dust covers will not damage or scratch your screen. Unlike other covers on the market, our dust covers have a special soft interior that insures that your screen remains scratch free.
Are your dust covers water-resistant?
Yes, the exterior canvas fabric of our dust covers is water-resistant, providing an additional layer of protection against accidental spills and splashes.
How can I order a custom-sized dust cover for my monitor?
