Warranty

Our product warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original purchase date. This policy applies only to the original, unaltered, and unmodified materials. It does not cover damage resulting from improper care, misuse, accidents, neglect, color fading due to excessive sun exposure, or damage caused by weather conditions such as rain, snow, freezing, dirt, moisture, heat, or exposure to chemicals.

For warranty claims, please contact us first with a description of the issue. Please note that products sent for warranty claims must be shipped to us at the sender's expense. We will inspect the product at no charge. If our Warranty Department determines, at its sole discretion, that a defect in materials or workmanship is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the product and return it to you free of charge within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that our 1-year warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
